On Sunday 14th May 2017, Cameroun doctors started the second phase of the doctor’s strike. The three days strike was to run from Sunday until today, Wednesday 17th May 2017. Cases of Ebola virus has been reported by the World Health Organisation in the North-eastern part of the Democratic Republic of Congo. “Three persons died after contracting the virus”, BBC reported. Monday promises to be tense in the Ministry of Health as a tug-of-war seem to have erupted involving medical doctors and the Francophone Minister of Public Health.
